First time attending a Family Reunion Event? Repeat visitor? Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been with us before, all are welcome here! We look forward to making memories with you!

Early On-Site Registration is 12:00pm – 4:00pm, Wednesday, October 11.  Attendees participating in one or more Paid Class are encouraged to register during Early On-Site Registration.  

If you registered as a group or added names to the Registration Form’s Traveling With section, we’ll do our best to schedule Activity times with members of the same group.  

If you’re unable to attend in-person and chose the Event In A Box shipping option, we’ll send your Full, Guest, or Youth Packet to you by November 30.  Shipping fees apply.

Event In A Box attendees are eligible for Gift Shoppe specials and Bingo prizes!

Unfortunately, due to our vendor commitments, all Event Registration fees, Paid Class fees, and payments are non-refundable.  Our Event In A Box is a terrific option for those who are unable to attend in person.  Shipping costs apply.  

As always, we appreciate your support of the Precious Moments Foundation.  Registration Packet fees, Paid Class fees, and Event Extras are not eligible for Chapel Loyalty Program Stickers. 

All pre-scheduled activities, including VIP Signing, Private Shopping, etc. and add-on Paid Class times are included on your personalized schedule with your Confirmation Packet.  Your assigned times are also on the badge you’ll receive during On-Site Registration. 

Each year Event attendees are invited to participate in Paid Classes, allowing free expression of creativity and love of Precious Moments.  Along with fellowship and fun, participants take home a very special personal keepsake, sure to be a lasting reminder of the Event.  Participation in Paid Classes is optional. 

Yes!  During the Event, the only way to take advantage of special Gift Shoppe offers is to show your Event badge at the cash register.  Assigned shopping times are scheduled to help avoid long lines and conflicts with other Event activities.

During your Assigned Shopping Time, you have the opportunity to take advantage of two exclusive offers!  Save 15% on any single purchase of $20 or more OR Earn one Loyalty Sticker with every $35 spent!

Any excess Event Exclusive items will be available on a first-come, first-served basis by October 13, 2023 in the Gift Shoppe, while supplies last.  

Yes! Bingo is one of the most popular and most requested Event activities.   This year Bingo will be held in open sessions (come and go as you wish!) at the same time as other Pre-Scheduled Activities.  More information about Bingo will be available during On-Site Registration.

The final practice and performance schedules for Men’s Choir participants will be provided during On-Site Registration.

Your support of the Precious Moments Foundation mission through every generous donation is deeply appreciated.  More information about the Live and Silent Auction bidding times and merchandise availability will be provided in the On-Site Registration Packet.

If you are unable to attend and can have a friend pick up your Packet goodies for you, we encourage you to do that.  Otherwise, your Packet can be shipped to you via UPS as an Event In A Box.  We will contact you after the Event for shipping payment. 

Yes! Teamwork Makes The Dream Work will be pre-signed for Event attendees by both Deb Butcher and Hiko Maeda.  

Full Packet, Guest Packet, and Youth Packet attendees can bring up to 2 items for our Precious Moments VIP to sign during the assigned Signing Event.  

YES! Purchase your first Grab Bag ($60 each) during On-Site Registration.  Visit the Gift Shoppe on Friday, October 13 to purchase additional Grab Bags (limit 5 per person, while supplies last.)

YES!  A complementary shuttle service will be available Thursday – Saturday.  Stops are: Visitor Center (back door),  Samuel J. Butcher Museum, and Chapel. 

Ample parking is available at the Visitor Center (front), Fairview Christian Church, and the Precious Moments Middle Warehouse (for Shipping Service and Shop & Play)

All Event participants are eligible for exclusive Gift Shoppe offers!  Complete and return your Event In A Box Order Form (included with your Confirmation Packet) by October 6.  We will ship your order, with your Event In A Box, by November 30.
