Agreement of Terms

By submitting this Registration Form, Main Registrant verifies that he/she is at least eighteen (18) years of age and authorizes the registration of his/her Group for the 2025 Family Reunion Event. Main Registrant understands that all registrations are final and all fees paid are non-refundable. Main Registrant acknowledges receipt of and agrees to the policies of Precious Moments Foundation for his/her self, his/her Group, and his/her minor child(ren) during the 2025 Family Reunion Event. *

Men's Choir is subject to sufficient number of participants. Event Exclusive merchandise (including Figurine, Tote, Lanyard, Pin, and T-Shirt) are not guaranteed for Late Registrants (August 1 - August 18, 2025). Registrations are not accepted after August 18, 2025. Adult or Youth T-shirts included with Early Bird (until July 31, 2025) Full Packet Registration. All Paid Classes are on-site only and limited to available space. First registered, first served. Class no-shows are non-refundable, but items can be picked up by designated attendee. All Policies are made available at www.PreciousMomentsChapel.org.
Event In A Box shipping charges vary based on ship-to location. Shipments made to 48 contiguous U.S. states, District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are made via standard ground service. Please contact our Event Hotline (417-359-2855) for International shipping options. Precious Moments Foundation cannot and will not be held liable for any late, delayed, lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, or undelivered shipments.
