Returns, Exchanges, & Limited Warranty Policy

Effective June 1, 2021

Our Warranty Policy extends to all PRECIOUS MOMENTS® and NE’QWA ART® merchandise purchased through Precious Moments Foundation, including orders placed in-person, online, via phone, or via email to Precious Moments Chapel Gift Shoppe.

1.             Damaged or Defective.

a.  With Original Purchase Receipt. Customers with an original purchase receipt can, within thirty (30) days of purchase, notify our Gift Shoppe staff to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization to return any eligible product. Once the damaged or defective merchandise is received to Precious Moments Chapel Gift Shoppe, at your choice, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, or send a replacement item. A Return Merchandise Authorization must accompany the damaged or defective product along with all original packaging.

b.  Without Original Purchase Receipt. Customers without an original purchase receipt can, within thirty (30) days of purchase, notify our Gift Shoppe staff to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization to return any eligible product. Once the damaged or defective merchandise is received to Precious Moments Chapel Gift Shoppe, at your choice, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling, or send a replacement item. A Return Merchandise Authorization must accompany the damaged or defective product along with all original packaging.

2.             Dissatisfied or Not-As-Expected.

a.  With Original Purchase Receipt. Customers with an original purchase receipt can, within thirty (30) days of purchase, return any eligible item to Precious Moments Chapel Gift Shoppe the original item, along with the original purchase receipt and all original packaging and inserts. Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the returned item, Precious Moments Chapel Gift Shoppe will process a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.

b.  Without Original Purchase Receipt. Customers without an original purchase receipt can, within thirty (30) days of purchase, return to Precious Moments Chapel Gift Shoppe the original item, along with all original packaging and inserts. Within fifteen (15) days of receipt of the returned item, Precious Moments Chapel Gift Shoppe will send a replacement item of equal value to the original purchase price, less shipping and handling.

3.             Chapel Loyalty Program.

All Chapel Loyalty Program Stickers earned on returned purchases must accompany the returned item. Returned Stickers are not eligible for Reward redemption. Please review the full Chapel Loyalty Program Policy for details.

4.             Ineligible Product.

Due to the collectability of Archive Shoppe items and the unique nature of personalized items, these items are not eligible for return or exchange. All items purchased from discount programs, including but not strictly limited to Warehouse Sales, Grab Bags, or Clearance Sales, are not eligible for return or exchange. All Event purchases, including Event Exclusive merchandise, Engraved Brick Program purchases, donations or Support the Foundation program purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.

5.             Limited Product Warranty.

Our Warranty Policy does not apply to PRECIOUS MOMENTS® and NE’QWA ART® items purchased through authorized retail stores or marketplace sellers (approved third party resellers on Amazon.com, Google Shopping, Walmart.com, or other online retailers), including Precious Moments Mail Order Division and PreciousMoments.com. Any warranty issues with respect to authorized resellers can be directed to the authorized reseller. Furthermore, purchases from unauthorized resellers, even if otherwise “new” products, void warranty protection. For the avoidance of doubt, only products purchased through Precious Moments Foundation are covered by this Warranty Policy.
