By submitting this Registration Form, I, the Main Registrant, verifies that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and authorize the registration of My Group for the 2024 Family Reunion Event. I understand that all registrations are final and all fees paid are non-refundable. I acknowledge receipt of and agree to the policies of Precious Moments Foundation for myself, My Group, and my minor child(ren) during the 2024 Family Reunion Event. *

Men's Choir is subject to sufficient number of participants. Event Exclusive merchandise (including Figurine, Tote, Lanyard, Pin, and T-Shirt) are not guaranteed for Late Registrants (August 1 - August 22, 2024). Registrations are not accepted after August 23, 2024. Adult or Youth T-shirts included with Early Bird (until July 31, 2024) Full Packet Registration. All Paid Classes are limited to available space. First registered, first served. All Policies are made available at www.PreciousMomentsChapel.org.
Event In A Box shipping charges vary based on ship-to location. Shipments made to 48 contiguous U.S. states, District of Columbia, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are made via standard ground service. Please contact our Event Hotline (417-359-2855) for International shipping options. Precious Moments Foundation cannot and will not be held liable for any late, delayed, lost, stolen, misdirected, damaged, or undelivered shipments.
