We’re excited to invite you to attend the 2024 Precious Moments Family Reunion Event!  Invitation newsletters mailed via USPS starting May 29.   

If you have attended an Event previously and do not receive your Invitation newsletter by June 14, please contact our Event Hotline (417-359-2855) to verify your mailing address.  

If you have not previously attended an Event and are not part of our mailing list, please contact our Event Hotline (417-359-2855 or [email protected]) to be added to our mailing list. 

To guarantee your Full Packet benefits, registrations must be submitted by July 31, 2024.   Early Bird pricing is June 3 – July 31, 2024. Late Registration pricing is August 1 – August 22, 2024.  Late Registration fees apply.  Late Registrants may not receive all Full Packet items.

There are two easy ways to register for the 2024 Family Reunion Event. 

Use our improved website Registration Form or leave a message on our Event Hotline (800-543-7975 ext 2855) and we’ll call you back to process your registration on the phone. Payment by credit card or check is accepted. 

Mail in/paper or in-person registrations are no longer accepted. Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received.  Registration will not be processed without payment in full.  All Event fees are non-refundable.

Mail-in payments are due within 5 business days of receipt of the Registration Form. 

Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received upon receipt of full payment.  Registration will not be processed without payment in full.  All Event fees are non-refundable.

We’ll do our best to schedule Activity times with members of the same group.  Register up to 5 people on one Registration Form or add names to the Form’s Traveling With section. 

If you’re unable to attend in-person, simply choose the Event In A Box Packet, add your Event Extras, and Shipping and we’ll ship your Event In A Box by October 30.

Event In A Box Packet is not eligible for all On-Site Registration perks. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer all the perks of being On-Site to Event In A Box participants.  An Event In A Box includes:  Pre-signed Event Figurine, Event T-Shirt, Event Pin, and an exclusive Event In A Box shipping offer.  

Approximately 4 – 8 weeks before the Event, we will mail Confirmation Packets to the Main Registrant via USPS.  Please note, registrations are processed in the order in which they are received.  Unpaid registrations will not be processed.

On-Site Registration opens Wednesday,  October 9 at 8:00am in the Visitor Center.

Attendees participating in Make A Doll are encouraged to review their travel schedule as this class is only offered Wednesday, October 9.

Unfortunately, due to our vendor commitments, all Event Registration fees, Paid Class fees, and payments are non-refundable.  Our Event In A Box Packet is a terrific option for those who are unable to attend in-person.  Shipping costs apply.

Precious Moments fans of all ages are welcome!  Children ages five to seventeen can be registered with a Youth Packet and will receive a special Youth Packet gift during On-Site Registration.  Attendees ages four and under are FREE to attend.  Please include a Child Packet on your Registration Form to ensure they receive their special Child Packet gift during On-Site Registration.

Precious Moments VIPs will be on-hand to pre-sign the beautiful 2024 Precious Moments Family Reunion Event Figurine, Where You’re Always Part Of The Family.  Signing Event VIPs, speakers, and performers will be announced during On-Site Registration.

Each year Event attendees are invited to participate in Paid Classes, allowing free expression of creativity and love of Precious Moments.  Along with fellowship and fun, participants take home a very special personal keepsake, sure to be a lasting reminder of the Event.  Participation in Paid Classes is optional.  Paid Class fees apply.

YES! During the Event, the only way to take advantage of special Gift Shoppe offers is to show your Event badge at the cash register.   

NEW this year, all on-site Event attendees can show their badge in the Gift Shoppe to enjoy 20% off* every on-site purchase of $35 or more between October 9 – 12!

Extra Event T-Shirts and other Event Exclusive items may not be available after July 31. Guarantee your t-shirt size and other items by submitting your Full Packet registration by July 31.  Add on Event Extras with your registration.  Any excess Event Exclusive items will be available on a first-come, first served basis by October 12, 2024 in the Gift Shoppe, while supplies last.

YES! Bingo is one of the most popular and most requested Event activities.  All on-site attendees can Drop In to play Bingo (and claim their 2 prizes) or visit during the “Prize Pick-Up” times to claim their 2 prizes.  Drop-In Bingo sessions and Prize Pick-Up times will be provided in the On-Site Registration Packet. 

All assigned Event Activities (including VIP Signing and Paid Classes) will be provided in the On-Site Registration Packet, along with an up-to-date schedule of activities and your Event badge.

If you or your guest wish to participate in Men’s Choir, please check the box provided on the Registration Form.  A minimum of 10 participants is required for Men’s Choir to perform.  Practice and performance schedules for Men’s Choir participants will be provided during On-Site Registration.

 

Your support of the Precious Moments Foundation mission through every generous donation is deeply appreciated.  More information about the Live and Silent Auction bidding times and merchandise availability will be provided in the On-Site Registration Packet.

If you are unable to attend and can have a friend pick up your Packet goodies for you, we encourage you to do that.  Otherwise, your Packet and any Event Extras purchased during Registration can be shipped to you via UPS.  Contact our Event Hotline to arrange payment of shipping fees.

This year, Precious Moments Foundation, artCentral, and the Fair Acres Family YMCA in Carthage are partnering together to send 100 kids to artCamp!  When you add an artCamp sponsorship to your Event Registration, you’ll do your part to send one child to artCamp for one day!

For more than 35 years the Precious Moments Chapel and Gardens has been blessed to be part of the Carthage, Missouri community.  We welcome the opportunity to share the love of our community with you, our Precious Moments family.  In support of Mr. Butcher’s message of Loving, Caring, and Sharing, each year, our Event team chooses one or more Community Service Partners to support during the Event. 

During the 2023 Family Reunion Event, you came together to donate hundreds of items, totaling more than $11,000 in retail value, to our FosterAdopt Connect Christmas Shop!

artCentral, a nonprofit with the mission to promote, exhibit, teach, and foster the appreciation of fine arts in our community hosts artCamp, providing children an opportunity to get in touch with their creative spirit.

Your artCamp sponsorship of $35 allows for one child to attend artCamp for one day.  

Ask in the Gift Shoppe how to add an artCamp sponsorship to your on-site Gift Shoppe purchase.   Plus, please consider bringing one or more of these items to donate during the Event:

The YMCA hosts year-round Safety Around Water (SAW) Program, to teach kids how to have fun safely, in and around water.  While you’re on-site, please consider donating to the SAW program.  We will have donation boxes set-up in various locations on-site and will coordinate delivery with the YMCA for the 2024-2025 swim season.  See the list of needs:

  • life jackets (youth sizes)
  • swim suits (boys or girls, sizes 8-10 or smaller preferred)
  • kickboards, floatation devices
  • underwear (boys or girls, sizes 8-10 or smaller preferred)
  • flip flops, sandals (boys or girls, any kid’s size)
